Who you are:
BHG Financial is looking for a self‐driven, autonomous and ambitious individual with the ability and willingness to learn BHG's financial product/services. You will experience working in a high‐energy environment while continuing to gain extensive knowledge of the financial services industry.
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for working in daily operations related to all loan sales
- Prepare documentation- downloading and printing documents to mail out
- Work closely with the team to ensure all loan sales are organized and on an appropriate timeline
- Prepare master agreements, UCC’s and related communication with legal and accounting departments
- Communicate with bank partners via email and phone providing superior customer service
What You'll Need:
- Associates OR Bachelor’s Degree Preferred OR
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with documentation and customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel
- Enjoys and works well in a fast paced sales environment
- Understands and contributes to being a team player
- Prior exposure to legal agreements a plus but not required
