We're looking for a Platform Administrator to join our DHA EIDS team, keeping the enterprise data platforms that power military health analytics and data delivery running securely and reliably.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Administer enterprise data platforms including Tableau Server, MOVEit, Linux, Windows Server, and related DHA tooling
  • Manage platform configurations, access controls, and environment governance across multiple environments
  • Support operational sustainment including patching, monitoring, logging, and system health validation
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and delivery teams to troubleshoot platform issues impacting dashboards, integrations, and performance
  • Coordinate platform provisioning, deployment, and configuration aligned with enterprise delivery standards
  • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
  • Support security and compliance activities aligned with RMF and NIST frameworks

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience administering enterprise platforms or infrastructure in a federal, DoD, or DHA-aligned environment
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Tableau, MOVEit, Talend, Windows Server, or Linux
  • Familiarity with AWS GovCloud environments, primarily EC2-based infrastructure
  • Understanding of access management, environment governance, and operational sustainment in regulated environments
  • Experience supporting RMF, NIST, or similar security and compliance frameworks
  • Thrives in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and genuinely enjoys working closely with cross-functional technical teams
  • Communicates clearly and openly, whether writing a runbook or troubleshooting with engineers
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. In alignment with federal contract requirements, certain roles may also require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance.

Compensation:

At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.

United States Wage Range: $100,000 – $145,000
