Job Duties: Senior Associate, Client Services - Operations with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Dallas, Texas. Mentor the global operations team to deliver excellent service as the business aims to build, launch, deliver, and evolve a suite of new team products for our corporate clients. Support our Client Service functions globally and help establish, develop, monitor, and manage the client service architecture that allows us to deliver this growing suite of team services. Apply control-oriented and solution-focused approaches to support the rollout of business growth initiatives, including reviewing processes and workflows to identify opportunities to improve functionality and operational efficiency in support of the firm’s services. Develop and implement best practices to enable efficient movement of international payments and the flows, payment schemes and the processes surrounding them. Work in collaboration with internal teams, strategic partners, and clients to manage a range of queries related to payments, accounts, client issue resolution, payment repairs, firm/customer funding flows, and FX unwinds and receivables. Understand and support the FX payment flows and liquidity sourcing that are a key component in delivering our global payment offering to our clients. 

Job Requirements: Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role or Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Quantitative Finance, Business Analytics, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior employment must include one (1) year of experience (with a Master’s) OR three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s) with: assessing top industry clients’ transactional needs and offering solutions to foster strong relationships crucial for product delivery and evolution of key objectives; supporting the development of global client service infrastructure by enhancing workflows for payment rails and currency movements to deliver consistent client experiences; coordinating communication across major internal stakeholders, enabling proactive resolution of complex client queries related to customer funding flows and delivering measurable commercial outcomes; and supporting global client service functions by assisting with escalations and delegating initiatives, in accordance with documented service and escalation.
