The Opportunity
As a PMO/Program Management Manager in Commercial Technology & Innovation, you will lead and coordinate multiple projects to align with organizational goals and drive strategic business outcomes. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your leadership skills to optimize project portfolios, focusing on project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful delivery.
As a Manager, you will develop and inspire your team, fostering an environment of growth and accountability. You will be responsible for coaching team members, leveraging their unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and coordinating multiple projects to align with organizational goals
- Leading project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to drive strategic outcomes
- Guiding teams in program planning and execution to facilitate successful delivery
- Utilizing analytical thinking and project management software to enhance project integration
- Developing and implementing continuous process improvements for program capacity building
- Managing stakeholder communications and engagement to maintain project alignment
- Conducting program reviews and status reporting to track progress and address challenges
- Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conduct
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Law/Legal Studies
- Demonstrating proficiency in Project Management Software (PMS)
- Excelling in cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Utilizing analytical thinking for continuous process improvement
- Managing program capacity building and program scope management
- Leading project budgeting and project integration efforts
- Delivering service excellence in client support environments
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
