Develops pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences sales by generating leads, managing strategic accounts, leading opportunities through contract close, and selling Clario’s clinical technology and services portfolio. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, preparing contract information, maintaining Salesforce records, and completing sales and account-planning documentation.

In this role, you’ll build relationships with clients and prospects, identify new business opportunities, manage strategic accounts, and support the sales process across Clario’s clinical technology and services portfolio.
What you'll be doing:
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business leads and manage the sales process from opportunity identification through close.
- Manage assigned strategic and key account relationships, independently or in partnership with Global Business Development and Account Management teams.
- Drive sales opportunities across Clario’s business units, including Cardiac Safety, routine and Through QT (TQT) studies, ePRO/eCOA, Imaging, and Respiratory Services.
- Generate sales meetings and build strong business relationships within assigned accounts.
- Lead the business development process for assigned accounts.
- Gather and prepare relevant information for the Contracts and Proposals team and other internal departments.
- Collaborate with internal resources to support account management and new business development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and relevant documentation in Salesforce.
- Complete sales reports, expense reports, account planning, and other administrative deliverables accurately and on time.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, experience, or relevant qualifications.
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
- Experience selling capital equipment and services, pharmaceutical or biotech products, technology, related services, or similar solutions.
- Experience managing long sales cycles that require strong closing skills and a signed contract process, including multi-party sales environments.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and its practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with professionals at all levels, including medical professionals, MDs, and PhDs.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and provide effective solutions and recommendations.
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and take initiative.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce, and other sales-related tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply business, technology, and scientific information to achieve individual, regional, and global business objectives.
