The Principal Solutions Architect leads the delivery of D365 CE solutions, engages with clients for business needs, and drives pre-sales activities. Responsibilities include project leadership, client relationship management, and developing technical proposals, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through innovative technology solutions.

The Principal Solutions Architect is the lead for delivering D365 CE solutions with responsibility for being both customer facing and revenue generating in a pre-sales capacity. This individual will gather client technical and business requirements, provide Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform consulting, execute and/or lead technical workshops with clients, and develop product and proposal content. This individual will also provide consulting leadership on projects. As a Principal Solutions Architect, you will elevate TTEC’s relationships with our accounts by approaching them through a customer experience lens and architecting bleeding-edge technology solutions which address their business challenges. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and/or participating in the project team to develop optimal solutions for client business challenges. Guiding the client through design, architecture, estimation, and delivery.
- Winning new business by working cross-functionally with sales and delivery to develop client proposals and presentations around process and solution options, clearly explaining technical concepts for shared understanding to facilitate decision making.
- Managing client engagements at all levels of client interaction with responsibility for product and technical content.
- Providing thought leadership around TTEC's core GTM solutions internally and externally.
- Leading technical workshops to drive enablement and business development.
- Establishing TTEC as a recognized leader in technology-led innovation through public speaking and published thought leadership.
- Leveraging industry and Microsoft contacts to generate new business opportunities and revenue.
- Delivering strategic thought leadership by participating in multiple client engagements simultaneously in both pre-sales and delivery capacities.
What You'll Bring to the Role
- Consulting leadership experience working for a Microsoft partner with spectacular client references.
- Experience in client relationship and team building.
- Minimum of 5 years’ project leadership experience, including 2+ years’ experience leading enterprise-level projects in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Ability to shape strong client presentations and narratives that influence and commit people to change.
- 2-3 years’ experience performing pre-sales activities along with 4+ years’ experience working with relevant Microsoft CRM / D365 CE technology in a professional services/consulting environment.
- Mastery of D365 Enterprise Applications including previous technical skills with Dynamics 365 CRM including design, architecture, installation, configuration, deployment and customization.
- Preferred experience in Power Platform, Power Apps, Data / AI, Customer Insights, Power BI, Modern Workplace, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred. Master’s a plus.
- Certification in relevant Microsoft discipline(s) preferred.
- Previous experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Travel up to 50% nationally
