You will play a key role in bridging client success, business development, and engineering to support these efforts, including:
  • Working closely with customers and prospective customers to demonstrate our software solutions, explain results, communicate value, troubleshoot issues, and build relationships - in short, help project developers get their projects over the line!
  • Working with other members of the team to define product requirements, test features, and shape product roadmaps;
  • Prototyping/developing novel tooling - for internal and external applications - to improve our solutions and help our customers better engage with our software.

Your work will contribute directly to solving the interconnection bottlenecks that have plagued the electricity industry for years!
Competitive Candidate Profile
  • 2+ years of experience as a professional interconnection engineer or transmission planning engineer at a developer or engineering consulting firm

  • Python scripting experience is a plus
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for prototyping and data analysis (e.g., Claude) is a plus
  • Experience with other grid and interconnection studies (production cost modeling, stability, short circuit, electromagnetic transient analysis, etc.) is a plus
  • BS/MS/PhD in EE/CE/ECE/CS is preferred
