  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teammates, serving as a role model and escalation point within the Professional Services organization.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for service expansion, strategic engagements, and long‑term customer success.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including leading and architecting OT/ICS security initiatives and delivering complex professional services or consulting engagements.
  • Deep expertise in ICS/OT cybersecurity, including industrial architectures, threat landscapes, vulnerabilities, and applicable frameworks and standards.

  • Advanced knowledge of OT systems and technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, industrial instrumentation, and OT networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3).

  • Proven ability to synthesize complex technical, threat, and operational data into clear, actionable guidance for engineering teams and executive leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including authoring executive‑level deliverables, technical frameworks, and customer‑facing strategic documentation.
  • Strong leadership presence with experience influencing cross‑functional, geographically distributed teams and senior stakeholders.
