The Opportunity

Intellibright is entering its next phase of growth.

Our clients are larger. Their expectations are higher. And the work is no longer about managing channels or reporting metrics. It is about owning outcomes.

As a Principal Digital Strategist, you sit at the intersection of revenue, strategy, and executive decision making. You are the senior voice clients trust to shape direction, challenge assumptions, and turn complex performance data into clear, confident action.

This role is designed for someone who wants real ownership. You will guide strategy across paid and organic channels, influence C-level stakeholders, and ensure marketing investments translate directly into pipeline, sales, and revenue. You will not be executing day-to-day tactics. You will be setting the strategy that makes execution matter.

If you are energized by accountability, clarity, and measurable impact, this is a rare opportunity to operate as a true strategic partner inside a performance-driven agency.

About Intellibright

Intellibright is a performance-focused digital marketing agency built around accountability and close client partnerships. Our proprietary revenue analytics directly connect marketing activity to pipeline, sales, and revenue.

Named one of the Financial Times' Fastest Growing Companies in the Americas six years running, Intellibright is a profitable, self-funded agency headquartered in Austin, Texas, with 17 years of growth behind us.

We help mid-market and enterprise brands scale through intelligent, data-driven marketing that ties performance metrics to real business growth.

What You Will Own
  • Revenue strategy and performance outcomes across a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Strategic direction across Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Organic Social, Display, and Connected TV
  • Executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor
  • Client retention through proactive leadership, anticipation of risk, and continuous value creation
  • Growth within your portfolio, driven by performance insight rather than pitch
  • Clear points of view backed by data, with the confidence to defend them
  • Identification and resolution of funnel friction, performance plateaus, and cross-channel misalignment
  • Translation of business goals into integrated strategies tied directly to revenue
  • Alignment between strategy and execution by partnering closely with Paid Media, SEO, Creative, and Web teams
  • Executive-level QBRs, forecasting, and strategic planning conversations
How You Work
  • You lead with clarity, not noise
  • You form opinions and move forward without waiting for direction
  • You challenge assumptions using performance data, not instinct
  • You think in revenue, not channels
  • You elevate conversations from metrics to decisions
  • You take responsibility for outcomes and expect the same from others
Why This Role Matters

This is not a role for someone looking to manage tasks or maintain the status quo.

This is a role for someone who wants to own strategy, influence executives, and be directly accountable for revenue impact.

If you want a seat at the table where decisions are made, trust is earned, and outcomes matter, this is where you belong.

  • High bar for thinking, accountability, and ownership
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
