HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8–12+ years of relevant utility/energy experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain within 6–12 months).
  • Proven record of leading multi‑office technical teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Experience mentoring engineers/designers and implementing QA/QC best practices.
