Own Redpanda’s growth and performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, content syndication, and digital channels. Lead experimentation, global media budgets, multi-persona campaigns, conversion optimization, database growth, brand awareness measurement, attribution, and pipeline generation. Manage agencies and vendors, build AI-enabled automation workflows, analyze funnel performance, and partner with sales, marketing operations, and product teams to convert awareness into revenue.

Redpanda is the first runtime and control plane for agent-data interaction — a unified platform that combines streaming, SQL analytics, and intelligent connectivity with the governance layer enterprise AI agents need in production.

Built on infrastructure already trusted by Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing startups, Redpanda enforces governance entirely outside the agent's data path, controlling what agents see, limiting what they do, and capturing a tamper-proof record of everything they touch, so organizations never have to choose between innovation and control.

About the Role:

As a Principal Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll build and scale the programs that help technical practitioners and decision makers discover, evaluate, and adopt Redpanda.

You’ll own the strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, content syndication, and other digital channels. You’ll set the roadmap, run experiments, analyze performance, and continuously improve how we reach and convert our target audience. This role will require you to collaborate closely with product marketing, content, demand generation, sales, and operations to turn top-of-the-funnel awareness into pipeline and revenue growth.

You’ll own outcomes, not just campaigns: growing our marketing database, increasing brand awareness, driving pipeline, and acquiring new customers. We move quickly, test constantly, and expect you to build the roadmap instead of waiting for one. If you enjoy learning from data and finding creative ways to reach technical audiences, you’ll thrive in this role.

You Will:

  • Set and drive the performance marketing roadmap and experimentation calendar (channels, creative, targeting, landing pages)

  • Own competitive and channel benchmarking to identify new paid/emerging platforms worth testing

  • Own multi-persona campaign strategy and messaging across paid search, paid social, and content syndication channels, engaging both technical practitioners and decision makers rather than optimizing to a single persona

  • Manage and optimize global paid media campaigns and budget across Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging platforms, reallocating spend based on CAC, pipeline contribution, and ROI by channel

  • Execute and scale paid social programs focused on awareness that yields account engagement and pipeline generation

  • Own the Qualified.com platform to create custom, targeted digital experiences on our website to generate pipeline and account engagement

  • Build and scale content syndication and database growth programs to expand the marketing database

  • Drive conversion rate optimization on paid landing pages in partnership with web marketing and product marketing

  • Manage agency and vendor partners executing on campaigns, holding them accountable to quality, timelines, and performance against goals

  • Own brand awareness measurement (share of voice, impression share, engagement) and tie it back to pipeline impact

  • Partner with marketing ops to build and maintain attribution infrastructure that connects top-of-funnel awareness activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on funnel performance, conversion rates, attribution, and ROI

  • Build automation workflows using internal and external AI tools, ensuring growth experiments run efficiently and at scale

  • Work closely with BDRs and sales teams so leads from paid campaigns are handed off with the right context, helping sales prioritize and convert them effectively

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing in B2B SaaS or infrastructure software

  • Deep expertise in managing paid media campaigns

  • Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics

  • Experience managing campaigns with platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and analytics tools

  • Familiarity with AI search trends, GEO, AEO, and optimizing content for LLM visibility

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments

Nice to Have:

  • Experience marketing developer tools, cloud infrastructure, streaming, Kafka, or data platforms

  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools, automation, and agent workflows

  • Experience with Qualified.com or similar website personalization/conversational marketing tools
