Design, build, and maintain end-to-end GTM outbound pipeline and CRM integrations (Clay, Outreach/Salesloft, HubSpot). Integrate product usage signals, automate enrichment/scoring, build LLM-driven personalized email generation, ensure data quality, produce runbooks, and partner with Sales/RevOps to operationalize GTM workflows.
The summary above was generated by AI
What You Will Do

  • Design, build, and maintain the end-to-end outbound pipeline infrastructure spanning Clay enrichment workflows, Outreach sequencing, and HubSpot CRM synchronization, with existing Particle platform signals as the primary input data source.
  • Integrate and operationalize the usage signal data already instrumented in the Particle platform, pulling it into Clay for enrichment and scoring so the sales team has a live, prioritized PQL queue without manual list pulls.
  • Build and maintain Claude API integrations that generate persona-aware, contextually relevant email copy for Fleet/Asset Optimization and Connected Product ICP segments, enabling personalization at a volume that manual processes cannot support.
  • Own the integrity and hygiene of GTM data in HubSpot as the CRM of record, building automated quality controls and eliminating manual data entry across RevOps workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations leadership to identify workflow bottlenecks, prioritize infrastructure investments, and translate GTM strategy into systems that ship.
  • Build and maintain internal runbooks and GTM stack documentation so the broader commercial team can understand, monitor, and leverage the infrastructure without depending on one person.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, APIs, and automation approaches as the GTM stack evolves, with a bias toward building on what exists rather than adding tool sprawl.

Who You Are and What You Bring

  • 3 or more years of experience building GTM automation or revenue engineering systems in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Fluency with the modern GTM stack including Clay, Outreach or Salesloft, HubSpot, and enrichment APIs such as Clearbit or Apollo.
  • Strong Python and JavaScript skills with demonstrated experience building API integrations, scheduled workflows, and data transformation pipelines.
  • Experience working with LLM APIs, particularly Anthropic Claude or OpenAI, to build prompt-driven automation or copy generation systems.
  • Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel, and the ability to connect behavioral event data to downstream sales and marketing workflows.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where the infrastructure you build will be used in production from day one with limited handholding.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical system design into clear narratives for non-technical GTM stakeholders.
  • Experience with IoT, hardware plus subscription, or developer-oriented products is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
