  • Data Deep Dives & Insights: Conduct in-depth analyses to identify performance trends, growth opportunities, and areas for optimization across campaigns, channels, and regions. Translate findings into actionable recommendations that inform strategy, budget allocation, and execution.
  • Insight Storytelling & Stakeholder Enablement: Synthesize complex data into clear, concise narratives tailored to different audiences, including marketing leadership, regional teams, and cross-functional partners. Support strategic planning through data-backed insights and forecasts.
  • Analytics Coaching & Enablement: Act as a coach and advisor to marketers across the organization, helping teams improve data literacy, interpret performance metrics, and apply insights to day-to-day decision-making. Enable a culture of self-serve analytics and continuous optimization.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth/digital, marketing operations, or a related analytics role within B2B SaaS, AdTech, or a high-growth technology company
  • Strong hands-on experience with marketing analytics and attribution tools. Experience with reporting in Google Analytics, Salesforce, Hubspot, & Hockeystack is a plus.
  • Proven ability to deliver recurring executive-ready reporting as well as deep-dive analyses that drive strategic decision-making
  • Deep understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, from awareness through revenue, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working across large, complex datasets
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience coaching or enabling marketing teams on data analysis, measurement, and performance optimization
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
