Our Partner Solutions Acceleration team brings together experts with deep experience in Cloud Acceleration & Migration, Solution Design, and Architecture. With a strong focus on building partner cloud capabilities, we help drive successful cloud transformations by providing technical expertise, strategic guidance, and best-in-class solutions to support seamless migrations and enterprise adoption.

In this role, you will drive digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives, leveraging your expertise in product, consulting, and sales. You'll work closely with partners and stakeholders in a matrix environment, articulate the value and technical benefits of SaaS platforms, and guide customers through secure cloud migrations and transformations. You'll also develop deep knowledge of the Atlassian platform, becoming a subject matter expert to support customer success.
What you'll do
  • Lead Partner capability strategy, across the AMER market in collaboration with Global Cloud Leaders, Solution Strategists, Customer support, Partner & Alliances, and Sales to grow and accelerate cloud migration and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Atlassian Partners to create packaged implementation cloud migration services, solutions, and GTM strategy.
  • Conduct cloud migration capability, technical, and practice workshops with Partners.
  • Assess channel coverage, partner capacity, and recruitment requirements for cloud migrations across various partnership models.
  • Partner with enterprise sales, to educate on partner capabilities and optimize the co-selling motion.
  • Lead and collaborate across Atlassian, to build and deliver a coordinated capability model.
  • Focus on and lead cloud migrations and thought leadership programs.

Your background
  • Experienced in product, consulting, and sales for digital transformation and cloud migration in the French market and others.
  • Strong business acumen with consultative selling skills.
  • Proven success in building effective internal and external partnerships.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS platform benefits and underlying technologies.
  • Proficient in REST APIs and their application in data migrations.
  • Broad knowledge of cloud and on-prem technologies, with the ability to dive deep when needed.
  • Experience migrating applications to public cloud, meeting customer security and networking requirements (DNS, firewalls, load balancers, authentication, authorization).
  • Collaborative experience working with partners.
  • Willingness to become an Atlassian product subject matter expert.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $233,100 - $304,325
Zone B: $210,600 - $274,950
Zone C: $193,500 - $252,625
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
