Job Overview:
The computing landscape is rapidly transforming across cloud, edge, and mobile, with Arm now powering everything from deployments to Windows laptops and billions of mobile devices. As adoption accelerates, delivering an exceptional developer experience has never been more critical.
In this role, you'll help ensure developers have intuitive tools, clear guidance, and powerful performance analysis capabilities. By working closely with developers, partners, and engineering teams, you'll uncover real-world challenges, shape impactful solutions, and influence the future of Arm's developer tooling-enabling faster builds, efficient deployment, and optimized performance across Arm architectures.
Responsibilities:
Developer & Problem Discovery
  • Identify and engage with representative developers across cloud, mobile, Windows, and emerging platforms to understand real-world workflows and needs.
  • Investigate and prioritize the most impactful technical challenges-using customer conversations, hands-on exploration, and data-driven analysis-to drive substantial improvements in the developer experience.

Solution & Product Coordination
  • Partner with engineering teams, ecosystem collaborators, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver end-to-end solutions that streamline development on Arm-based systems.
  • Lead and influence the roadmap for Arm's performance and developer tools by defining requirements, prioritizing customer needs, and driving product decisions.
  • Translate developer challenges into clear, actionable product specifications and ensure successful execution through close collaboration with engineering.

Ecosystem Collaboration
  • Work across Arm, OEMs, cloud providers, ISVs, and open-source communities to build trust, cultivate ecosystem growth, and accelerate solution delivery through strong partnerships.
  • Serve as a connector between developers and internal engineering teams, translating real-world insights into actionable improvements that enhance the developer experience.

Required Skills and Experience :
  • 10+ years in software engineering, performance engineering, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or related technical domains.
  • 5+ years focused on product management within AI/ML, semiconductors, or systems software.
  • Ability to define and deliver developer-focused products while driving complex technical initiatives across teams.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, able to influence without direct authority and collaborate effectively with both technical and business partners.

"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :
  • Experience with performance profiling tools (e.g., Perf, VTune, Arm tools, Android profiling, Windows Performance Analyzer). Familiarity with app frameworks, SDKs, toolchains, compilers, or low-level performance considerations.
  • Understanding of Arm architecture concepts or workload-specific optimization.
  • Experience cultivating developer communities, collaborating across organizations, and influencing product or engineering roadmaps.

Salary Range:
