You will be responsible for defining and enhancing the digital journey for partners, ensuring they have the tools and resources to effectively engage with Red Hat, transact business, and drive mutual growth. • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize qualitative and quantitative data—including partner research, feedback, satisfaction scoring, and competitive analysis—to identify opportunities to deliver a differentiated and consistent partner experience.

  • Business Case Creation: Create compelling business cases for platform improvements, defining goals, KPIs, and targets for proposed initiatives with web data analysts and scrum teams.

  • Communication: Present proposals, strategic direction, and project results—including partner-related KPIs—to team members, leadership, and stakeholders effectively.

  • Advocacy: Act as the voice of the partner, serving each functional team and encouraging empathy and cross-functional support for the partner experience.

What you will bring:

  • 10+ years of relevant product management or technical marketing experience with increasing responsibility.

  • 7+ years of software industry experience overall, with a focus on SaaS or cloud-based offerings.

  • 3-5 years of product management experience specifically with partner-facing products, portals, or platforms.

  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and the challenges partners face, including onboarding, enablement, deal registration, and co-marketing.

  • Experience with cloud and software-as-a-service business models, and a proven track record of using a product-led approach to growth within a partner context.

  • Experience with partner lifecycle messaging and flows, including post-sale engagement, training, and support.

  • Experience collaborating with third-party providers or partners to facilitate the integration of their offerings onto a platform.

  • Proven ability to work with peers in user research, user interface design, and user experience design to create intuitive and valuable partner-facing tools.
