- Partner cross-functionally across engineering, treasury, risk, compliance, data science, legal, and GTM to ship capabilities that are safe, compliant, and commercially durable.

What you'll bring to Circle:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning strategy and execution for complex, commercial products.
- Experience building financial products that sit at the intersection of market infrastructure, or real-time financial systems (trading, FX, treasury, settlement, risk).
- Strong technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering on API-first products, reliability, latency, and smart contracts.
- Highly analytical, comfortable digging into data, and able to turn ambiguous signals into clear product decisions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Familiarity with stablecoin and on-chain/ DeFi protocols and ecosystems is a strong plus (for example, liquidity pools, bridges, DEXs, NFTs).
