  • Provide technical insight and strategy for pursuits in collaboration with market and regional leadership.

  • Mentor Project Managers, Engineers and Planners, contributing to a supportive and high-performing team culture.

Who You Are:

  • Someone who sees change as opportunity - you’re flexible, resilient, and driven by finding solutions.

  • A positive, energetic professional who brings enthusiasm to every challenge.

  • A teacher and mentor who leads by example and helps others grow through encouragement and empathy.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Planning, or related field.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Florida PE preferred); AICP also considered.

  • Strong experience in transit or rail design, construction and project management.

  • Significant experience with commuter rail, LRT, streetcar, BRT, or multimodal transportation projects preferred.

  • Familiarity with FTA capital project requirements, FDOT PD&E/NEPA processes, and federal funding oversight.

  • Understanding of traffic operations, transit signal priority, ITS, and BRT-specific infrastructure (stations, lanes, queue jumps).

  • Proven ability to manage large, multidisciplinary projects and coordinate with agencies and subconsultants.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.

  • High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
