As a Principal Software Engineer, you will help design and build the next generation of intelligent platforms, systems, and frameworks that combine modern distributed systems engineering with foundational AI and machine learning technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Design and build high-performance software platforms and services for IT, OT, and cybersecurity environments

- Build scalable backend systems, distributed services, data pipelines, and real-time processing frameworks
- Work on technologies involving network discovery, protocol analysis, telemetry, asset intelligence, and security analytics

- Drive adoption of modern AI engineering methodologies and AI-assisted software development practices across the engineering

Key Requirements
Hard Skills:
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong programming expertise in C++, Go, or Rust
- Proven experience building distributed systems, backend platforms, or infrastructure software at scale
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, concurrency, scalability, and systems performance
- Practical understanding of foundational LLM and Machine Learning concepts and how they apply to production systems
- Experience working with AI-assisted engineering workflows and modern developer productivity tooling
