Representative Experience

  • Designing and drafting complex estate planning documents, including revocable trust agreements, ILITs, SLATs, IDGTs, GRATs, and related wealth transfer structures.

  • Transferring QSBS stock, business interests, and real estate, including addressing the complexities of entity structures, valuation, succession planning, and tax implications.

  • Managing and overseeing complex trust and estate administrations, including trust modifications, decantings, mergers, nonjudicial settlement agreements, and trust terminations.

  • Conducting sophisticated legal research and analysis involving multijurisdictional and occasionally cross-border estate planning considerations.
