Boeing Global Services (BGS) Distribution Business is looking for Procurement Agent (Level 1 or Level 2) to support our team in Hialeah, FL.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry, or Associate Level Procurement Agents.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Hialeah, FL location.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
  • Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
  • Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
  • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Strategic Sourcing practices and processes
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's Degree - Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field of study
  • Experience with Systems Applications and Processing (SAP) and Procurement to Pay (PTP)
  • APICS Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM)

Export Control:
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, if applicable.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Entry level: $49,000 - $69,000
Summary pay range for Associate level: $58,000 - $82,000
