About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Digital & Analytics Manager to be the engine of our Procurement Excellence function. As a foundational member of a growing team, you will partner directly with the Director to execute a high-impact portfolio of projects spanning system deployments, data analytics, change management, and governance.
This role demands a proactive and operational mindset. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency, a customer-centric focus, and concrete experience using coding or AI technologies to build robust automation. Your expertise will be directly applied to identifying and eliminating recurrent manual tasks and driving significant process improvements across our procurement landscape. As a builder and an operator, your work will directly protect annual savings, reduce manual reporting, and accelerate our digital transformation journey.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about using technology and data to solve complex problems, this is the perfect opportunity to make a tangible impact.
What you'll do
Program & Project Management (PMO):
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of global deployments for our procurement platforms, including sprint prioritization, user acceptance testing (UAT), and governance reviews.
  • Provide critical "hypercare" support during go-live periods to ensure a smooth transition and rapid user adoption.
  • Own and maintain core PMO artifacts, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, project plans, and decision trackers.
  • Prepare and contribute to materials for high-visibility forums, including Steering Committees and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Analytics & Reporting:
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance key dashboards for Spend Under Management (SUM), savings pipeline tracking, and operational SLA adherence.
  • Perform data cleansing, consolidation, and analysis from various sources to generate actionable insights and prepare executive-level reports.
  • Leverage tools like Celonis and Alteryx to conduct process mining, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Digital Transformation & Technology Enablement:
  • Become a subject matter expert on our procurement tech stack to identify underutilized features and drive ROI.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, including AI-driven solutions for contract review, spend analytics, and supplier insights.

Communications & Change Management:
  • Develop and maintain a library of training and enablement resources, including user guides, wikis, and onboarding materials.
  • Execute change management campaigns and deliver training sessions to drive adoption of new systems and policies across a global user base.
  • Manage communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, finance operations, program management, or a related analytical field.
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional technology projects from start to finish.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive sense of ownership, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively across all levels.
  • A natural problem-solver who is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skills That Will Make You Stand Out
  • Direct experience with procurement platforms (Zip, Coupa) or our tech stack (Ironclad, Celonis, Tableau).
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
  • Project or change management certifications (PMP, Prosci, Agile/Scrum).
