💸 Competitive Salary in USD | 🌍 100% Remote | 📦 SaaS Procurement & Vendor Management | 🏦 Fintech & Cryptocurrency Industry

Veta Virtual is hiring a Procurement Manager for one of our high-growth clients in the Fintech and Cryptocurrency industry. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role built for someone who thrives bringing structure and cost discipline to a growing SaaS and vendor portfolio — owning the full procurement lifecycle from sourcing through contract renewal. If you love negotiating great deals, cleaning up messy vendor stacks, and building process from the ground up in a fast-paced startup environment, this role was made for you.
🔑 Your Role:

You will own end-to-end procurement operations for a fintech and cryptocurrency company — with a strong emphasis on SaaS vendor management and contract lifecycle. You will partner closely with Finance, IT, Legal, and department heads to source, negotiate, and manage the tools and services that power the business, using NetSuite as your central system for purchasing, vendor records, and spend visibility. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Owning the full procurement lifecycle — sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and renewals — from first conversation through signed agreement.
  • Managing and optimizing the company's SaaS portfolio — tracking usage, eliminating redundant tools, and consolidating vendors where it drives real savings.
  • Leading vendor negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and SLAs — protecting the business commercially on every deal.
  • Building and maintaining procurement workflows and approval processes in NetSuite — keeping purchasing, vendor records, and spend fully visible and organized.
  • Partnering with department stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and forecast spend accurately across the business.
  • Tracking and reporting on procurement KPIs — cost savings, cycle time, and vendor performance — with clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Ensuring procurement practices align with compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to a crypto and fintech environment.
  • Maintaining accurate vendor and contract records — including renewal timelines and key terms — so nothing is ever missed or renewed on outdated terms.
  • Identifying opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement across the procurement function.
  • Collaborating with Legal on contract review and risk mitigation for new and existing vendor agreements.

    What You'll Need:

    • 4+ years of procurement, vendor management, or sourcing experience — with a proven track record of driving real cost savings.
    • Proven experience managing SaaS vendor relationships and contracts — this is required, not a bonus.
    • Hands-on experience with NetSuite — particularly the procurement, purchasing, or vendor modules — is required.
    • Strong negotiation skills — you know how to secure favorable pricing, terms, and SLAs without damaging vendor relationships.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or tech environment — you are comfortable with ambiguity and building process from the ground up rather than inheriting one.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills — you work confidently with Finance, IT, Legal, and department heads.
    • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with spend data and vendor performance metrics to inform decisions.
    • Bonus: experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
    • Bonus: background scaling a procurement function at a high-growth company.
    • Bonus: understanding of crypto/fintech vendor risk and compliance considerations.
    • To be considered for this role, you must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.

    💼 What We Offer:

    • 💸 Competitive salary in USD — paid consistently every month, no matter where you are.
    • 📈 Performance-based incentives — your results are recognized and rewarded directly.
    • 🌴 10 paid vacation days per year plus all U.S. federal holidays.
    • 💻 100% remote — work from anywhere in LATAM or Europe with a professional home setup.
    • 🚀 A fast-paced, high-growth environment at the forefront of global fintech and cryptocurrency — where your procurement decisions directly shape how efficiently the business scales.
    • 🤝 A collaborative, supportive culture through Veta Virtual and our client — where your expertise, judgment, and ownership are valued from day one.

    Ready to Apply?

If you are ready to own procurement end-to-end, bring order to a growing SaaS portfolio, and drive real cost efficiency inside a world-class fintech organization — apply now and launch your next chapter with Veta Virtual!

Once you apply, you will be invited to complete a short 2-minute video question as part of our screening process. It is your first opportunity to show us your strategic thinking and what makes you the right person for this role. We can't wait to meet you!
