Product Assurance Specialist Intern - Austin, Texas
ETC is hiring a Product Assurance Specialist intern for the summer of 2026! This role is based out of our Austin, Texas office.

Some of the duties you may be doing:
• Support the product development and maintenance release process through product validation testing with supervision
• Execute test scenarios to uncover product design defects with supervision
• Report product defects via defect tracking database, following defects to resolution
• Provide technical support to internal customers
• Perform assigned project tasks under the supervision of more senior-level Product Assurance Specialists, a Team Lead, or Management
• Participates in the ISO on the job training
• Provide task completion time estimates
• Become familiar with tools and applications utilized by department
• Learn department and corporate policies, procedures, and plans
• Schedule and attend identified training classes
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
1-2 years post high school education in area of specialization
GPA: 3.0 or higher
Computer and service knowledge
Experience in a team environment
Experience with problem tracking tools
