Responsibilities
  • Work closely with product, business strategy, and engineering to run and execute projects with high-level direction within your product area.

  • Identify the right solutions for ambiguously defined problem spaces.

  • Simplifies and solves user needs for multiple customer types. Ability to design end-to-end journeys and interactions that drive engagement to meet revenue goals for a product area.

Your Craft Skills
  • Use low-to-medium fidelity designs & prototypes to frame and clarify product opportunities within a defined problem space.

  • Know your process and when to use which design methods, as well as when to change up an approach.

  • Generate and explore multiple potential solutions, and know how to identify the right ones.

  • Know how to use existing systems, and when to break out of them. Can work collaboratively to develop new patterns and principles for team-wide adoption.

  • Detail-oriented with micro-interactions, copy, edge cases, and states.

  • Excellent UX problem-solving: Ability to create efficient solutions for complex user journeys.

  • Strong visual design skills: knows how to use color, composition, visual hierarchy to produce delightful user interfaces. Demands a high level of visual polish from their work.

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years of experience working in UX, Product Design

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Desire to learn and grow into more responsibilities, such as mentorship, strategy, and elevating the team’s overall design thinking and craftsmanship.

  • Expertise in Figma

  • Prototyping skills (preferably Figma)

Preferred

  • Experience working with B2C, SaaS, and B2B products.

  • Expertise in iOS, Android, and responsive web design.

  • Experience with data-driven design

  • Experience with user testing and running basic usability studies

  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
