As a Product Development Excellence Senior Associate you will support client work in operations consulting by helping analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and shape strategies that improve speed to market, reduce cost, and strengthen product quality within our Operations Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, and guide junior team members while using critical thinking, data-driven insights, and a broader view of the business context to navigate complex situations. - Supporting lean manufacturing and supply chain integration efforts that align product development with downstream operations
- Using AI fluency and process documentation tools to improve analysis, reporting, and knowledge transfer
- Building meaningful client relationships while anticipating needs and coordinating assigned workstreams
- Reviewing the work of junior team members and guiding task execution within defined project scope
- Developing recommendations that reflect changing business context, client priorities, and professional standards

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
