Conscious Talent is looking for world-class product leaders (CPOs, VP of Product, Heads of Product, Directors of Product) who are committed to their inner work journey and mastery of their craft.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of building and scaling product organizations, alongside a desire to contribute to conscious, aligned cultures. What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity)
  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and execution in alignment with company goals

  • Build and lead high-performing product management teams

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and executive teams to deliver aligned outcomes

  • Deeply understand customer needs and translate insights into transformative products

  • Foster cultures of psychological safety, creativity, and experimentation

  • Integrate inner work values such as presence, awareness, and intentionality into team practices

  • Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust

Who You Are
  • 6+ years in product leadership roles (e.g., Director of Product, VP Product, CPO)

  • Experience leading product strategy and teams at high-growth startups or enterprises

  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and bringing clarity to complex problems

  • Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just great products, but great teams

  • Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others

  • Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development

Bonus Points
  • Prior experience in conscious organizations or purpose-driven companies

  • Background in user research, design thinking, or product discovery practices that prioritize human-centered outcomes
