We are actively seeking an experienced Product Management Director, Rimini Manage to join our team. This remote U.S.–based role reports to the EVP & Chief Marketing Officer.

Position Summary

The Product Management Director, Rimini Manage is responsible for defining, delivering, and evolving Rimini Street’s Rimini Manage™ offerings to meet customer needs and support company growth and retention objectives. This role translates market, customer, and internal insights into clearly defined, scalable service offerings, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure successful execution and adoption.

The Director partners with Service Delivery, Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance to ensure Rimini Manage offerings are well-positioned, operationally viable, and commercially effective. Success in this role requires strong product judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to drive outcomes through influence and collaboration. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own defined Rimini Manage service offerings or product areas, including service definition, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate customer needs, delivery insights, and market feedback into clear, outcome-oriented service definitions that emphasize efficiency, reliability, and reduced operational burden
  • Support the development of business cases, pricing inputs, and packaging recommendations for new or evolving Rimini Manage offerings.
  • Lead cross-functional execution for new Rimini Manage launches and enhancements, ensuring readiness across delivery, sales, and marketing.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., adoption, utilization, customer outcomes) to inform continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Service Delivery to improve scalability, consistency, and repeatability, reducing variability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop clear, data-driven updates and recommendations for senior functional leaders and executives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Service Delivery and Engineering to ensure Rimini Manage offerings align with delivery capabilities and quality standards.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to support positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for Rimini Manage.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Enablement to ensure Rimini Manage offerings are clearly understood and effectively supported throughout the sales process.
  • Engage with Finance on forecasting, margin considerations, and performance tracking.

Qualifications and Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or Master’s degree a plus.
  • 6-8+ years of experience in product management, service design, or related roles within enterprise software, IT services, or managed services.
  • Experience defining, launching, or managing service-based offerings with an emphasis on operational execution and customer outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment

Preferred

  • Experience with enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or enterprise IT support models.
  • Familiarity with application management services, or comparable managed services delivery models.
  • Experience supporting sales motions through product definition and enablement.
  • Experience working with globally distributed or remote teams.

Compensation is based on role, location, and level of applicable experience. 

Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.

The general salary range for this type of role is 165k - 205k depending on skills and experience.
