Media OS is a key platform within IQVIA Digital, powering omnichannel advertising through the activation of proprietary healthcare data across programmatic, social, and emerging media channels. The Product Manager will own strategy and planning for a defined functional area within Media OS, with a focus on unlocking new revenue opportunities, driving adoption, and solving complex business challenges for IQVIA’s agency and brand partners within the Media Activation Product Team. 

 

This role sits at the intersection of business needs, client feedback, and platform capabilities. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Commercial, and Strategic Accounts to prioritize use cases, shape product direction, and translate client needs into scalable, differentiated solutions across audience creation, planning, activation, and measurement workflows. 

Essential Functions 

  • Owns the product strategy and roadmap for a functional area of Media OS, ensuring alignment with IQVIA Digital’s broader growth objectives 

  • Identifies high-value use cases and unmet market needs by working directly with client teams, agency partners, and strategic stakeholders 

  • Develops business cases for new product initiatives and defines success metrics to measure impact across adoption, revenue, and retention 

  • Partners with Product Owners to translate strategic initiatives into clearly scoped epics and requirements, ensuring delivery meets business intent 

  • Leads product discovery and requirements gathering for net-new features or market differentiators 

  • Collaborates across GTM, engineering, product and operations to bring new features from concept to launch, ensuring internal alignment and customer readiness 

  • Monitors product performance post-launch and iterates based on data insights, market feedback, and platform KPIs 

  • Supports sales, client success, and operations teams by contributing to collateral, demos, and documentation that articulate product value 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related liberal arts field (e.g., Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Public Policy), or equivalent experience 

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in digital advertising, AdTech, MarTech, or healthcare-related technology 

  • Proven ability to define product strategy and prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and customer impact 

  • Familiarity with key platforms such as The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, Snowflake, Salesforce, or similar media and data systems 

  • Strong communicator with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across technical and commercial groups 

  • Experience launching data-driven products or platforms and measuring success using metrics such as adoption, retention, revenue contribution, or campaign performance 

  • Comfortable with technical detail and able to translate complex platform workflows into client-friendly narratives and business outcomes 

  • Experience working in or around regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, insurance) is preferred

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,000.00 - $217,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
