Job Summary

The Product Manager, Data & AI Platform is responsible for strategy, roadmap development, adoption, consumer engagement, lifecycle management, and value realization of the enterprise Data & AI Platform. The role operates the platform as a product, ensuring platform capabilities are prioritized against enterprise demand, governed consistently, and delivered through scalable self-service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the Data & AI Platform roadmap and investment priorities.

  • Prioritize platform capabilities based on aggregate consumer demand and enterprise outcomes.

  • Lead platform intake, adoption, onboarding, and consumer feedback processes.

  • Champion self-service golden paths and platform consumption models.

  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Governance, Security, Analytics and business stakeholders.

  • Track platform adoption, reuse, onboarding speed, contract coverage, and value realization metrics.

  • Support platform lifecycle management and capability classification processes.

Skills and Background You’ll Need:

Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience: 5-7 years’ progressive experience in a business environment. Managing technical platforms, internal products, developer platforms, or enterprise technology products is a requirement.

  • Strong product management, roadmap, prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Experience working closely with software engineering, data engineering, and architecture teams.

  • Familiarity with cloud, data, AI, analytics, or platform engineering concepts is preferred.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

$109,750.00 - $186,500.00
