  • Maintain roadmap visibility, project documentation, and progress tracking across tools such as monday.com, GitHub, and Figma
  • Partner with design and engineering to review UX/UI solutions and ensure new features align with site experience, merchandising strategy, and business goals
  • Own and continuously improve key ecommerce operational systems and internal documentation to streamline cross-team workflows and operational visibility

Experience we’re looking for:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital product, or a cross-functional role blending product, marketing ops, or site optimization
  • Experience managing technical product delivery in collaboration with dev, design, and external vendors
  • Strong comfort owning complex cross-functional initiatives—especially those related to testing, automation, merchandising, or personalization
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools, experimentation design, and conversion optimization
  • Working understanding of AI-enhanced platforms, technical SEO tools, or personalization systems

What you bring to the table:

  • You are detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to improve processes, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
  • You have proven ability to manage competing priorities, translate feedback into action, and drive tangible outcomes.
