Own AI-powered transaction features for document intelligence and workflow automation. Lead discovery with brokerages, define roadmap, write specs, run pilots, measure impact, and ensure compliance integration across product teams.

Lone Wolf Technologies is the leading software platform for residential real estate, powering transaction management, back-office operations, accounting, and brokerage intelligence for 10,000+ brokerages across North America. We sit at the center of the real estate transaction — giving us a unique data advantage as the industry enters its AI era.

Our Innovation team is bringing AI-powered capabilities to market across our product portfolio — defining what AI means for real estate brokerages and agents, prototyping new capabilities, validating them with customers, and integrating them into our platform at scale.

About The Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager, Innovation to own AI-powered capabilities within Lone Wolf’s transaction management platform. You’ll be the product owner for how AI transforms the way real estate professionals create, review, and manage transaction documents — reducing errors, accelerating workflows, and improving compliance.

This role sits at the intersection of document intelligence, workflow automation, and real estate compliance — three areas where AI can deliver enormous value but where getting the details right matters. You’ll work directly with brokerages and agents to understand their pain points, partner with our AI engineering team to build and validate solutions, and drive capabilities from concept through adoption.

You’ll report to the Sr. Director Product, Innovation and work as part of a small, senior Innovation team with direct access to company leadership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the product roadmap for AI-powered transaction capabilities. Define, prioritize, and sequence features that bring intelligence to Lone Wolf’s transaction management workflows. Translate customer needs and technical possibilities into a roadmap that balances near-term impact with long-term platform value.
  • Drive customer discovery. Work directly with brokerages, agents, and transaction coordinators to understand how they manage documents, handle compliance, and deal with errors today. Identify the highest-value opportunities for AI to reduce friction and risk.
  • Ship and iterate. Partner with AI engineering to take capabilities from prototype to validated product. Write specs, define success metrics, run pilots, and iterate based on real usage data — not assumptions.
  • Manage the build-measure-learn loop. Design experiments to validate product-market fit for new AI capabilities. Track adoption, measure impact, and use data to inform what we build next.
  • Partner across the organization. Work closely with Lone Wolf’s existing product and engineering teams — particularly those owning transaction management, forms, and e-signature — to ensure Innovation work integrates cleanly and accelerates their roadmaps. Build trust and share learnings proactively.
  • Understand the compliance landscape. Real estate transactions involve regulated documents, financial data, and legal obligations. Develop fluency in the compliance requirements that shape how brokerages operate so that AI capabilities enhance compliance rather than creating risk.
  • Represent the customer inside Innovation. Be the voice of the broker, agent, and transaction coordinator. Ensure what we build solves real problems and fits into real workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Product management experience. 4+ years in product management or related fields, with experience owning a product area end-to-end. You’ve written specs, prioritized backlogs, shipped features, and measured outcomes.
  • 0-to-1 or early-stage experience. You’ve built something new — whether at a startup, an incubation team, or a new product line within a larger company. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and know how to find signal when there’s no existing playbook.
  • Technical fluency. You don’t need to build ML models, but you need to understand what AI can and can’t do today — particularly in document understanding, natural language processing, and workflow automation. You can have credible technical conversations with engineers and translate capabilities into product requirements.
  • Customer-facing instinct. You’re energized by talking to customers. You can run a discovery interview, synthesize feedback patterns, and translate what you hear into product direction. Experience with enterprise SaaS customers is valuable.
  • Analytical rigor. You define success metrics before building and measure outcomes after shipping. You’re comfortable with data analysis and use quantitative evidence to inform decisions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration. You’ve worked effectively across engineering, design, sales, and customer success. You build trust quickly and know how to partner with peer teams whose work touches yours.
  • Strong communication. You can write a clear spec, present a roadmap to leadership, and explain a complex capability to a non-technical audience. You default to written communication and documentation.

Nice to Have:

Experience in real estate technology, proptech, or adjacent vertical SaaS markets

  • Background in document management, document intelligence, or forms/e-signature products
  • Experience with AI/ML product development — particularly document understanding, NLP, or compliance automation
  • Familiarity with compliance-sensitive industries (real estate, financial services, legal)
  • Experience in transaction management or workflow automation products
  • Agile product delivery experience with engineering teams
  • Why This Role
  • AI + real estate’s biggest workflow — transaction management is where agents spend the most time and make the most costly errors; AI can fundamentally change that
  • Data advantage — Lone Wolf processes millions of transactions annually, creating a data foundation that makes AI capabilities uniquely powerful
  • Greenfield with guardrails — you’ll define new capabilities in a space where no one has cracked the code yet, backed by an established platform and customer base
  • Senior, high-trust team — small Innovation team with direct access to company leadership and a mandate to move fast
  • Real impact — real estate professionals spend 35-47% of their time on administrative tasks; the work you do here directly gives them that time back
