At Bumble, we're building the future of how relationships are made. Our portfolio cuts across relationships of all types – from romantic with Bumble and Badoo, to friendship and community with BFF. In-person connection is critical to our mission. Real relationships don't form in an in-app chat; they form when people come together in real life – when they spend time with each other, see if there's a spark, and make plans to do it again.

We're hiring a Product Manager to define and drive experiences that bring our members together IRL. In this role, you'll work with a fast-moving team of designers, engineers, and fellow product managers to prototype, validate, and ship features that make it easier for our members to meet in-person and create moments of delight and serendipity. This role is focused on IRL as a capability – you'll set strategy and drive execution across products, collaborating deeply with several teams at Bumble to bring this vision to life.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Own implementation for new IRL features from concept to launch.

    • Surface, define, and prioritize business and user needs into clear product requirements and a compelling roadmap.

    • Work closely with engineers to scope solutions, navigate tradeoffs, and ship on a fast cadence.

    • Define success metrics, design experiments, and validate ideas with users across the Bumble portfolio.

    • Build the strategic case for your roadmap, surfacing insights from product data, exploratory research, and user testing to inform direction.

    • Collaborate with other product teams at Bumble to integrate IRL features and align roadmaps across the portfolio.

ABOUT YOU

    • You've got at least 3 years of experience in product management

    • You've worked in product at a consumer tech company and/or have shipped experiences with broad consumer appeal

    • You are proficient at manipulating data to derive the insights you need, including writing SQL directly when necessary

    • You think in first principles, starting first with a deep understanding of the problem you are trying to solve before jumping to solutions

    • You have a bias for action. Our team is largely ex-startup and is extremely fast-moving

    • Technical background preferred - CS or STEM degree or comparable work experience

WHY JOIN US?

  • Join a mission-driven company at the forefront of shaping the future of human connection
  • Work with cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver impactful and ethical user experiences
  • Be part of a diverse, inclusive, and innovative culture that values kindness and authenticity
  • Enjoy competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for career development
