RigUp is hiring a Senior Product Manager, who will translate our product vision and strategy into high-quality, well-defined features that deliver real value to customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams including operations, research, design, and engineering, the senior product manager will own the craft of turning strategic direction into shippable product - from discovery through delivery.
We're looking for a highly-motivated, detail-oriented product manager with a track record of delivering and iterating upon well-informed features in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong collaboration and communication skills and an eagerness to dive into new domain areas. You also display a curious, experimental mindset in leveraging nascent AI tools to help streamline traditional processes, explore ideas and build new skills.

What you'll be doing:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business, customers, and product domain to inform features
  • Surface insights from discovery, delivery, and customer feedback that influence broader product vision and strategy
  • Facilitate discovery efforts that clarify problem areas and evaluate potential solution paths, staying curious about emerging technologies and tools that can sharpen how we build and what we deliver
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, operational teams, research, designers, and engineers to define and build product features, building trust through open and consistent communication
  • Help develop, prioritize, and manage a product backlog in a lean, agile environment
  • Produce clearly-written product requirements and acceptance criteria that balance business and user needs
  • Partner with design and engineering through delivery, ensuring quality through thoughtful testing and release plans
  • Collaborate with program leaders on go-to-market plans, training materials, and customer communications

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, business, engineering)
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on strategic thinking and execution
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
  • analytical skills and the ability to use different types of data to inform decision making
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing and legal
