Take ownership over our indirect lending capabilities—the workflow where consumers apply for financing at a dealership and the application is routed to banks/credit unions for decisioning.
In this role, you’ll lead the discovery and delivery of integrations with dealership ecosystem providers (e.g., Dealertrack and others in the category), partnering closely with early design partners/beta customers, engineering, and product leadership. This is a hands-on, discovery-heavy PM role where you’ll spend real time with customers, turn requirements into crisp implementation plans, and drive execution end-to-end—while operating with the urgency and adaptability of a fast-moving product org.

What you’ll do

Lead discovery for indirect lending integrations
  • Partner with beta customers and internal stakeholders to map current-state indirect lending workflows, constraints, and success criteria.
  • Translate “dealership-to-FI” processes into clear product requirements, edge cases, and a phased rollout plan.
  • Build strong intuition for the ecosystem (dealership platforms, routing, statuses, and operational realities) and bake that into a cohesive MANTL experience.
Own execution end-to-end (with a strong technical orientation)
  • Drive the full product lifecycle—discovery > roadmap planning > delivery > launch > iteration—with a bias toward measurable outcomes.
  • Partner tightly with engineering to define integration contracts (APIs/events), data mappings, error handling, observability, and operational tooling.
  • Act as DRI for cross-functional alignment: sequencing, tradeoffs, comms, and stakeholder updates (internally and with design partners).
  • Work hands on with beta customers to implement your product and translate learning into a playbook for implementation teams.
Deliver a cohesive Loan Origination product
  • Collaborate with the broader Loans product leadership to ensure indirect capabilities feel like a first-class extension of the core Loan Origination experience.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements across the Loans surface area as needed (small features, workflow refinements, or operational tooling).
Measure impact and drive iteration
  • Define success metrics for the indirect lending motion (e.g., time-to-submit, approval/decision turnaround, fallouts, operational exceptions, integration uptime).
  • Establish feedback loops with customers and internal teams to continuously improve reliability and usability.

What we’re looking for

Core experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, solutions/integrations PM, technical program management, or a similar role that demonstrates product sense and that you can own outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping B2B SaaS products that integrate with external systems (APIs, data mapping, workflows, partner dependencies).
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can run discovery, choose the right approach, and turn it into a concrete plan.
Technical & execution strength
  • Strong technical fluency: you can partner effectively with engineers on integration design, systems behavior, and quality—without needing to be an engineer.
  • Strong product craft: requirements clarity, prioritization, sequencing, and high-quality delivery.
  • High ownership and follow-through: you drive a plan across functions and land it.
Customer-centric and high-urgency
  • You enjoy being hands-on with customers—interviews, workflow walkthroughs, requirement validation, and iterative pilots.
  • Low ego, high urgency: you’re “hard on problems, not people,” and you thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in lending, loan origination systems (LOS), or indirect lending.
  • Familiarity with dealership ecosystem categories/providers (e.g., Dealertrack, RouteOne, CDK).
  • Experience with regulated financial services workflows.
  • Comfort using SQL or basic data analysis to validate hypotheses and debug issues
