The Opportunity

We’re seeking a strategic, customer-focused Product Manager to own and evolve MarketSmart, Dynatron’s customer engagement and marketing platform. This role is responsible for defining product vision, leading discovery, and guiding execution to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that help customers reach, engage, and convert their audiences more effectively.

As Product Manager, you’ll serve as the voice of the customer and the steward of MarketSmart’s long-term growth. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Product Design, Product Owners, Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure the platform delivers measurable outcomes, strong adoption, and an intuitive, modern user experience.

What You’ll DoProduct Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
  • Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MarketSmart, aligning customer engagement needs with business objectives and platform strategy.
  • Define clear priorities and success metrics to guide roadmap decisions across segmentation, targeting, messaging, and campaign execution capabilities.
  • Balance near-term delivery with long-term product scalability, performance, and growth.
Continuous Discovery & Customer Insight
  • Lead ongoing product discovery to deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and success metrics related to customer engagement and marketing performance.
  • Conduct structured research including customer interviews, surveys, usability testing, workflow analysis, and feedback synthesis.
  • Validate assumptions and opportunities through qualitative and quantitative insights.
From Insight to Execution
  • Translate customer, market, and performance insights into clear product requirements, business cases, and prioritized initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure strategy is translated into actionable backlogs and effective delivery plans.
  • Provide clarity on problem definition, desired outcomes, and trade-offs to guide execution.
Scalable Marketing Technology & Platform Growth
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Design to define and deliver solutions that balance usability, scalability, performance, and long-term platform health.
  • Evaluate build, buy, or partner options for new capabilities, weighing trade-offs across customer value, speed, and technical complexity.
  • Ensure architectural decisions support future extensibility and evolving customer needs.
Data-Driven Prioritization & Optimization
  • Analyze product usage data, campaign performance metrics, and customer feedback to guide prioritization and iteration.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends and evolving customer expectations.
    Use data to validate outcomes and continuously optimize product impact.
Validation, Launch & Go-To-Market Enablement
  • Lead validation efforts including beta programs, usability testing, and post-launch feedback loops to ensure strong adoption and customer outcomes.
  • Drive Go-To-Market readiness for new features and enhancements in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Training teams.
  • Ensure launches are well-positioned, well-supported, and clearly communicated.
Product Advocacy & Cross-Functional Enablement
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert and product advocate for MarketSmart.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and enablement materials.
  • Support Sales with product expertise, demos, and customer-facing content.
  • Provide internal training and consistently advocate for customer outcomes in product decisions.
What You BringProduct & Domain Experience
  • 3-7+ years of Product Management or Product Marketing Management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
  • Proven success owning product vision, roadmaps, and delivery across the full product lifecycle.
  • Experience with B2C customer engagement platforms, MarTech, digital marketing, marketing automation, and campaign-driven products.
Discovery, Data & Execution Skills
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, messaging, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience leading product discovery, validation, and prioritization efforts.
  • Demonstrated success launching products and supporting Go-To-Market execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, including Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Support.
  • High customer empathy with experience conducting interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort operating in fast-paced, iterative environments with evolving requirements.
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Pragmatic Institute Product Manager Certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary between $130,000 and $140,000
