  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with portfolio company needs and DIG strategic objectives
  • Establish metrics to measure solution impact and return on investment
  • Collaborate closely with DIG's software development team throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation through deployment
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions with technical and business team members
  • Serve as the product owner, managing backlog prioritization and making trade-off decisions
  • Monitor solution performance post-deployment and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Present business cases, progress updates, and results to executive leadership and portfolio company collaborators
  • Stay current on digital trends in manufacturing, Industry 4.0 technologies, and relevant SaaS solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across portfolio companies to drive adoption and engagement
  • Document product specifications, user guides, and change management materials

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in manufacturing technology, B2B software or SaaS
  • Demonstrated experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment
  • Experience in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or engineering services strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products from concept to delivery
