Role Overview:

We are hiring a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our enterprise data & analytics capabilities, with a strong focus on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI integration. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and analytics — responsible for transforming client data needs into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. You will work directly with consultants, engineers, and data specialists to ensure our analytics platform supports real-world client delivery across ingestion, transformation, modeling, and visualization. You will translate business requirements into platform capabilities that scale globally. This role is ideal for a TPM who deeply understands professional services delivery models for analytics to clients and can operate as both a system architect partner and a product leader.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own the product roadmap for Microsoft Fabric across ingestion, transformation, orchestration, modeling, and analytics.
  • Define Fabric as the enterprise system of record for analytics workloads across engagements.
  • Identify platform gaps that impact consultant productivity and client delivery outcomes.
  • Translate user needs into scalable product capabilities and technical investment plans.

Platform Architecture & Design

  • Partner with Engineering & Architecture to shape the Fabric architecture:
  • OneLake design
  • Lakehouses & Warehouses
  • Data orchestration
  • Semantic models
  • Power BI integration

Define technical standards for:

  • Data ingestion patterns
  • Transformation strategies
  • Data modeling approaches
  • Performance optimization

Own design decisions around:

  • Client isolation
  • Feature flags
  • Environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod)
  • Security patterns
  • Delivery Enablement for Consultants

Work closely with consulting teams to:

  • Understand real client use cases
  • Uncover friction points with data identification, ingestion, and transformation
  • Define approach for using standardized analytics patterns

Build a strategy around how consultants will interact with:

  • Pre-built data schemas
  • Repeatable pipelines
  • Reusable analytic routines and notebooks
  • Common transformation logic for customization and configuration

Technical Leadership

  • Collaborate with engineering to:
    • Prioritize technical investments
    • Drive performance enhancements
    • Improve scalability and reliability

Define:

  • Monitoring & observability strategy
  • Cost management models
  • Capacity planning
  • Own platform documentation and standards.
  • Stakeholder Management

Partner with:

  • Engineering
  • Design
  • Translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Present platform roadmap and progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years experience in product management with significant experience in the technology sector
  • Knowledge of product delivery with an ability to develop and analyze product architecture
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop programs to market products and support the sales effort
