We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Procore’s Hubs Platform team. In this role, you’ll build the next generation of Procore’s centralized experience, ensuring it becomes the scalable, configurable, and deeply personalized "front door" for every user across the construction lifecycle.

As a Product Manager, you’ll partner with customers and internal product teams to deliver a transformative UI architecture. You will turn Hubs into central connection points that prioritize relevant information and drive meaningful action. This position requires platform thinking, customer centricity, and exceptional collaboration skills to make Procore's Hubs the most efficient workspace in the industry.

This position reports to the Group Product Manager and will be based in our Austin office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the roadmap for the Hubs Platform, building a configurable UI architecture that allows for tailored, personalized experiences.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our users and their needs from Hubs, making it easier for them to take action on their highest priority items from a centralized place.

  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to define and build specialized Hub pages that serve their specific solution areas (e.g., Risk and Safety).

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to launch Hubs and drive global adoption.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of product development, from discovery through delivery and iterative refinement.

  • Define and track success metrics, and communicate product vision, plans, and progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the company.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of product management or equivalent experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or a platform PM role.

  • An experienced platform thinker who thrives in complex, interconnected systems and can bridge technical depth with structured, cross-functional execution.

  • Strong ability to translate strategy into executable, prioritized plans and build-ready artifacts (PRD, user stories, AI generated prototypes).

  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for complex, multi-team, end-to-end initiatives.

  • Proven experience influencing across Product, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders without directory authority.

  • Deep customer obsession and the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to bring new ideas and support hypotheses.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating organizational complexity.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
