Change the world. Love your job.

Are you looking for a challenging and exciting role where you can combine your technical expertise with business strategy, market insight, and customer engagement? Do you want to be part of a winning team responsible for bringing industry-leading power protection solutions to market and strengthening our leadership position? Are you passionate about innovation, driven to win, and willing to challenge the status quo to create new opportunities?

We are looking for a driven, strategic, and technically strong Product Marketing Engineer (PME) to join our Power Protection Devices marketing team. This is an opportunity to be part of a winning team with a strong market position—and to help take that leadership to the next level.

Our customers are designing increasingly sophisticated systems that demand higher power density, greater reliability, smarter protection, and simpler system-level solutions. From automotive infotainment, ADAS, body electronics, zonal architectures to HEV/EV systems power protection is becoming increasingly critical to system performance and reliability.

As a PME, you will be at the center of this transformation.

In Power Protection Devices product line, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction and growth of the business. You will develop comprehensive business plans, product and marketing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives for new and existing products. Working at the intersection of technology, customers, markets, and business, you will help identify where the market is headed, define what customers need next, and translate those insights into differentiated products and compelling value propositions.

As PME you will develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer requirements, competitive dynamics, market trends, and emerging applications across our power protection portfolio—including eFuses, Ideal Diode Controllers, Hot-Swap Controllers, and Power Muxes—while helping define the next generation of innovative solutions that expand our portfolio and address evolving system-level challenges.

In this highly visible role, you will identify, evaluate, and prioritize new market and product opportunities aligned with the Power Protection Devices business strategy. You will partner closely with customers, sales, systems, applications, and product development teams to uncover unmet needs, influence product roadmaps, drive successful product launches, and accelerate market adoption.

This is an opportunity to do more than market products, you will help shape the future of the Power Protection Devices business. If you have a strong technical foundation, a strategic business mindset, a passion for customers, and a relentless desire to innovate, compete, and win, this is the role for you.

Join us in shaping the future of power protection and turning innovation into market leadership.
