You will independently lead go-to-market strategy and execution for key athenaOne initiatives while partnering with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Segment Marketing, Sales Enablement, and other teams to bring our strategy to life.

This role is ideal for a product marketer who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, can turn strategic direction into tangible action, and is equally energized by developing a compelling story and understanding whether that story is working in market.

About the Team:

Product Marketing serves as the storytellers of the organization, translating customer, market, and product insights into strategies that drive business results.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for priority athenaOne initiatives, translating business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities into clear plans and deliverables.

  • Partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to drive cross-functional GTM execution and ensure stakeholders are aligned on objectives, timelines, messaging, and responsibilities.

  • Support the development and execution of an always-on athenaOne GTM approach that builds sustained market understanding and demand beyond individual product or feature launches.

  • Translate strategic direction and ambiguous business challenges into structured plans, recommendations, and action.

  • Develop compelling messaging, sales presentations, one-pagers, and other core collateral that clearly articulate athenaOne's value to target audiences.

  • Partner with Product Marketing Managers across Clinicals, Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Engagement, Platform, and other product areas to connect individual product stories into a cohesive athenaOne narrative.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of product innovation across the athenaOne portfolio and ensure priority features and capabilities are appropriately reflected in broader portfolio messaging and GTM strategies.

  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement and other marketing teams to translate positioning and messaging into effective commercial resources and programs.

  • Collaborate with Customer Advocacy and CSM teams to develop compelling year one customer stories / boomerang stories

Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Regularly analyze seller feedback, customer and prospect conversations, win/loss insights, competitive intelligence, and commercial performance to identify opportunities to improve athenaOne positioning and GTM execution.

  • Conduct targeted research and analysis to investigate opportunities across the buyer journey and develop recommendations for addressing them.

  • Establish strong feedback loops with Sales and other commercial stakeholders to understand how athenaOne is being positioned in market, what is resonating, and where additional support or refinement is needed.

  • Support recurring commercial performance reviews and retrospectives, translating insights into clear recommendations and follow-up actions.

  • Deploy triannual release messaging updates across market-facing endpoints and sales assets.

Expected Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing with experience in healthcare technology.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing GTM strategies for complex B2B products, platforms, or portfolios.

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with demonstrated ability to translate complex products and concepts into clear, compelling messaging.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently move complex, cross-functional work forward.

  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to influence across Product, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholder groups.

  • Ability to synthesize customer, market, competitive, and commercial insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Intellectual curiosity and strong judgment, with a track record of asking thoughtful questions and turning ambiguous direction into tangible outcomes.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and motivated to grow as a strategic product marketer.
