About the Role:

We’re seeking a full-time Product Marketing Manager, Sales Product to lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and cross-functional enablement for Demandbase One for Sales This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales enablement, product strategy, and customer storytelling. 

You’ll play a critical role increasing sales, retention, improving product messaging, and driving deeper adoption among sales personas—specifically Account Executives, SDRs, and Account Managers. Additionally, you’ll be a key partner to Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement in shaping how we deliver value to revenue teams.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Persona-led Positioning & Messaging
    Develop and refine differentiated product messaging and positioning tailored to sales personas, especially SDRs and AEs.

  • Go-to-Market Execution
    Lead GTM strategy and execution for enhancements or releases within the Sales Intelligence product.

  • Sales Enablement & Content
    Create compelling sales collateral, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and customer-facing assets that speak directly to the needs and workflows of sales teams.

  • Use Case Development
    Partner with sales and product teams to identify and promote high-impact use cases—particularly for SDR workflows—to drive awareness, adoption, and retention.

  • Customer & Market Research
    Conduct interviews, win/loss analyses, and competitive research to uncover trends, validate value propositions, and inform strategy.

  • Cross-functional Alignment
    Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to ensure tight coordination from product development through to revenue impact.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of Product Marketing Manager experience in B2B tech organizations

  • Proven success in messaging and GTM strategies for sales teams (SDRs, AEs, AMs, CS).

  • Experience working with product and sales teams to translate features into value.

  • Ability to lead product launches, sales enablement, and persona campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with storytelling skills.

  • Data-driven and action-oriented.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
