The Opportunity

We are looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to join our US marketing team and play a key role in translating Qure.ai’s technology and products into compelling, differentiated stories for the US healthcare market.

This is a product marketing-heavy role. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Clinical, Brand and other cross-functional teams to understand our products, the US market and customer needs and turn that into clear positioning, messaging, content and sales enablement. 

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of strong hands-on experience in US healthcare marketing, is comfortable working with complex products and technical concepts, and can operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a globally dispersed team.

 We are looking for someone with high ownership, agency and hustle someone who can take a problem, figure out what needs to happen, bring the right people together and drive it through to completion. 

 

What You’ll Own & Drive

Product Marketing & Commercial Enablement

·   Develop and evolve product positioning, messaging and value propositions for the US market, translating complex AI and clinical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for different healthcare audiences.

·   Partner closely with Product, Sales, Clinical, Customer Success, Legal and Regulatory teams to understand customer needs, market dynamics and product priorities, and translate these into effective marketing initiatives.

·   Create and maintain sales and product marketing collateral including decks, one-pagers, brochures, datasheets, case studies and other customer-facing materials.

·   Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across sales, marketing and customer touchpoints.

·   Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify insights and opportunities that inform positioning, messaging and GTM strategy.

·   Work closely with the US commercial team to identify content and enablement gaps and develop the tools needed to communicate Qure’s value effectively to customers.

·   Build content and campaigns that strengthen Qure’s credibility and differentiation within the US healthcare market.


Events & Field Marketing

  • Support the planning and execution of key US healthcare conferences and industry events.
  • Help develop event narratives, messaging, collateral, KOL engagement and follow-up initiatives.
  • Partner with the Events and broader Marketing teams to maximise the impact of Qure’s presence at priority events.

Working with a Globally Dispersed Team

·   Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns across time zones, maintaining clear communication and accountability.

·   Embrace a proactive, collaborative mindset—ready to listen, adapt, and deliver.

 

 

Core Skills Required

  • 8-10 years of marketing experience, with hands-on product experience in the US healthcare,  healthcare technology, medtech, diagnostics or life sciences ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of the US healthcare market and its key stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas without losing substance.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positioning, messaging and customer-facing content.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working across Product, Sales, Clinical, Brand and other cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • High agency, ownership and hustle  you don't wait for a playbook; you build one when needed.
  • Curious, collaborative and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
  • Willingness to travel for key US conferences and team engagements as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

 

 

What would make you stand out

  • Experience marketing AI, medical imaging, diagnostics, SaaS or other complex technology products.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers, health systems, radiologists or other clinical stakeholders in the US.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology or fast paced startup environment
  • Experience working with KOLs and translating clinical insights into marketing narratives.
  • Experience supporting healthcare conferences, trade shows or field marketing programs.
