This global role will partner closely with Portfolio Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Sales Engineering, GTM teams, Revenue Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement to translate complex technical capabilities into clear market positioning, differentiated messaging, sales plays, launches, and field-ready enablement.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, commercially minded product marketer with strong cybersecurity and identity expertise, a deep understanding of CISO and security buyer priorities, and the ability to confidently lead executive-level and cross-functional discussions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Imprivata's modern multi-factor authentication (MFA), advanced passwordless access, adaptive access, identity verification, and intelligent access solutions.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and narratives that translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for CISOs and enterprise buyers, aligning solutions with identity security, Zero Trust, risk reduction, operational resilience, workforce productivity, and user experience.
  • Lead GTM planning and execution for product launches and major releases, including audience segmentation, messaging, sales plays, enablement, content strategy, and activation to drive market adoption.
  • Create and deliver sales enablement resources, including presentations, battlecards, competitive positioning, objection handling, FAQs, and value messaging to support customer conversations and revenue growth.
  • Serve as the voice of the market by engaging with customers, prospects, partners, analysts, and field teams to gather customer insights, competitive intelligence, win/loss feedback, and market trends that inform product strategy and GTM priorities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Revenue Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and global GTM teams to align product strategy, roadmap priorities, campaigns, and field readiness.
  • Measure and communicate GTM effectiveness through launch readiness, sales adoption, content utilization, pipeline influence, competitive insights, and other performance metrics, while maintaining expertise in identity and access management (IAM), MFA, passwordless authentication, adaptive access, Zero Trust, and identity security trends.
  • Other duties as assigned and required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, technology, cybersecurity, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, cybersecurity marketing, identity and access management, enterprise software, or related B2B technology roles.
  • Experience marketing technical products to enterprise buyers, ideally in identity and access management, cybersecurity, authentication, Zero Trust, or other mission-critical technology markets.
  • Strong understanding of the CISO audience, with the ability to message effectively to CIO, IT, IAM, clinical, operational, and other enterprise stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with modern authentication and identity security concepts, including MFA, passwordless authentication, adaptive authentication, passkeys, biometrics, identity verification, risk-based access, Zero Trust, or identity threat detection and response.
  • Proven ability to develop differentiated positioning, messaging, sales plays, competitive positioning, and customer-facing value propositions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with strong executive presence and the ability to simplify complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen, ownership, and judgment, with the ability to connect product capabilities to buyer priorities, customer value, and business outcomes.
