About Hudu:

Hudu is a fast-growing SaaS platform built exclusively for IT professionals and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). We give teams a single, secure, and beautifully simple place to store, organize, and share everything that keeps modern IT environments running: passwords, network documentation, processes, assets, client knowledge, and more. By replacing scattered spreadsheets, outdated wikis, and a dozen disconnected tools with one unified, customizable solution, Hudu helps thousands of IT teams save time, reduce risk, deliver better service, and scale with confidence.

Our customers run more of their IT operations in Hudu every quarter, and the way we describe Hudu has to keep up. As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll own how the market understands Hudu: the positioning, the messaging, the competitive story, the launches, and the material sales uses to win. You'll work directly with the VP of Marketing, product, sales, customer success, and our senior content strategist, who turns your work into the website, blog, and email content buyers find. Your work will show up on the website, in every sales call, and in how customers adopt what we ship.

What you'll do:
  • Positioning and messaging. Turn Hudu's broader IT operations positioning into messaging frameworks for each audience: MSPs, internal IT teams, and the segments in between.

  • Competitive positioning and comparisons. Own competitive research and the comparison documentation behind every comparison we publish: capability facts, claims, migration narratives, objection handling, and win/loss insight for teams moving to Hudu from other documentation tools. Keep every claim factual and fair and sign off on competitive claims wherever they appear. The content strategist uses this source material to build and maintain comparison, alternative, and switch pages.

  • Presenting: Become comfortable and confident in the product(s)’ benefits and values to lead or present in person and/or on webinars.

  • Launches. Plan and run go-to-market for new products and major releases, from positioning brief to sales enablement to post-launch adoption. The content strategist writes the launch blog posts, emails, and web updates from your brief. Create and implement tiered release GTM plans in partnership with VP of Marketing and Product leads.

  • Sales enablement. Create the decks, one-pagers, battlecards, talk tracks, and demo narratives reps actually use, and retire the ones they don't.

  • Website messaging. Set and approve the product and competitive messaging on hudu.com. The content strategist owns page copy, new pages built from existing templates, and the blog.

  • Customer adoption. Partner with Customer Success and Growth on campaigns that drive adoption and expansion of products like Hudu Radar. The content strategist writes the email and onboarding content for these campaigns.

  • Research. Run customer interviews, win/loss reviews, and review-site analysis, and bring what you learn back to product, leadership, and the content strategist.

  • Measurement. Track pipeline influenced, competitive win rates, launch adoption, and enablement usage, and adjust based on what the numbers say.

What you bring
  • 5+ years in product marketing, including at least 3 in B2B SaaS.

  • Experience marketing to IT professionals, MSPs, or other technical buyers. Time in the MSP ecosystem (PSA, RMM, documentation, or security tools) is a strong plus.

  • Launches you can point to; with results you can explain.

  • Clear, plain writing. You can describe a technical feature in one sentence a busy technician believes.

  • Competitive positioning that stays factual and respectful.

  • The ability to set your own priorities and ship without a large team around you.

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM. Familiarity with SEO and AI search (AEO) is a plus.

Why Work at Hudu:
  • Innovation & Impact : Rapid product evolution with regular feature updates and new tools. Building tools that solve real pain points for users.

  • Customer Focus: High user satisfaction with ease of use, powerful documentation capabilities, and strong product support.

  • Growth Mindset: A high-growth, startup environment where team members can wear many hats, innovate, and grow with the company.

  • Benefits & Perks:

    • Health Insurance

    • 401k plan with company matching

    • Paid time-off

    • Flexible work hours

    • Work Life Balance
