POSITION SUMMARY

We’re seeking a motivated Product Marketing Manager to drive the success of our Commercial (Media & Entertainment) Business Unit. You’ll develop and execute go-to-market strategy, positioning and messaging, sales/partner enablement materials, PR and demand generation plans, and identification of new market opportunities. The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align the commercial go-to-market strategy to increase mindshare and win more customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Developing the marketing team's quarterly plans and goals, driving execution including tracking budgets, performance, and overall ROl across the marketing function.

  • Driving content strategy and development across website, blog, social media, video content, and more.

  • Demand generation including managing Al's events calendar and strategy, including planning and execution for trade shows, conferences, and Scale-hosted events.

  • PR and communications management

  • Manage product launch process for new features and solutions

  • Develop customer-facing marketing materials and sales enablement materials

  • Create and execute demand generation and PR strategies

  • Monitor competitive landscape and create battlecards for sales use

  • Assist sales team as needed to develop and close opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

  • Track marketing performance on an ongoing basis, constantly looking for ways to improve the business

  • Present results in weekly, monthly and quarterly business review meetings to internal stakeholders

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 2+ years of experience of software product marketing experience

  • Experience leading marketing efforts supporting both customer acquisition as well as tasker growth for a now major company.

  • Excellent organization, planning, and business skills alongside strategic thinking ability; able to see the big picture and how it connects to the details.

  • Experience defining B-to-B go-to-market strategy, and launching products to market 

  • Positioning and messaging, presentation, and marketing communications skills a must

  • Ability to define, drive, and measure demand generation and PR programs

  • Collaborative and communicative, whether externally or internally, in writing or verbally, and across multi-disciplinary functions

  • Ability to balance multiple points of view including customers, marketing, finance, engineering, support, and operations

  • Critical thinking mindset and attitude.
