Why This Role Rocks

We’re looking for our first dedicated Product Marketing Manager to help shape how our Petcare vertical comes to life in the market. This is a career-defining opportunity to take the lead in building go-to-market strategies, refining product messaging, and turning complex features into stories that customers actually care about.

If you love being the bridge between Product, Sales, and Customer Success — and thrive on creating messaging that feels clear, confident, and customer-first — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Craft compelling product stories that reflect real customer needs.
  • Keep messaging sharp and consistent across website, campaigns, in-app, and enablement.

Go-To-Market Leadership

  • Build and own GTM strategies for new features and updates.
  • Align execution across Product, Sales, and CS teams.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Deepen customer segmentation — from solo operators to multi-location businesses.
  • Lead voice-of-customer + competitive research to inform roadmap and positioning.

Enablement & Content

  • Create sales and marketing tools: battlecards, one-pagers, FAQs, pitch decks.
  • Partner with Marketing Managers to drive campaigns, webinars, blogs, and content.
  • Boost product adoption through in-app resources, guides, and videos.

 What You Bring

  • 3–6 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience (bonus if SMB or vertical SaaS).
  • Strong communicator who simplifies the complex into clear, engaging stories.
  • Proven GTM leader with full-cycle launch experience.
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and CS.
  • Experience creating product marketing assets (collateral, enablement, campaigns).
  • Data-driven mindset, even with imperfect inputs.
  • Deeply customer-centric, motivated to create meaningful impact.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Marketing to small business owners or service-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Chameleon, Pendo, or Canny.
  • A passion for pets (or experience in the pet-care industry — always a plus!).

 Why You’ll Love It Here

At Togetherwork, we’re performance-first, customer-obsessed, and passionate about helping communities thrive. Our Petcare solutions help pet-care professionals run and grow their businesses — and your work will directly shape how we connect with them.

Benefits that actually benefit you:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Pet Insurance 🐾
  • 100% employer-paid short/long-term disability
  • Basic Life insurance
  • 401(k) with 100% company match up to 4%
  • Flexible PTO + 10 sick days + 10 paid holidays
  • 6 weeks paid parental leave
  • Medical travel & infertility benefits
  • Teladoc + Employee Assistance Program
  • Wellness benefits & engagement platform
