Senior individual contributor who drives our EMR product strategy, definition, and execution for complex features or product lines. Recognized as a domain expert, aligning product initiatives with business objectives and inspiring innovation. Manages communication and uses expertise to influence senior management and stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesOwn and prioritize product backlog; ensure requirements are clear and actionable.
Lead strategy, requirements gathering, and release planning for assigned areas.
Guide Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, demos); resolve blockers and manage dependencies.
Develop multi-release plans and coordinate scalable launches.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance day-to-day product management activities
Integrate EMR data and services into product strategy, ensuring seamless data flow between order capture, processing, fulfillment, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to define requirements for EMR features, including order lifecycle management, exception handling, and data reconciliation.
Monitor and optimize the performance of EMR services, focusing on data accuracy, transaction speed, and system reliability.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards for EMR data security and privacy.
Leverage analytics to identify trends and opportunities in EMR data, driving enhancements to user experience and operational efficiency.
4+ years in product management or technical product owner roles.
Strong technical background (Salesforce, Looker, custom software, cloud, web).
Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Timely delivery of product strategy and releases.
High-quality requirements and documentation.
Positive impact on KPIs and stakeholder satisfaction.
Effective collaboration and problem-solving.
