Own the AI use-case backlog and prioritize agent-assist scale-out. Translate business intent into Epics, Features, and User Stories with explicit acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps. Run sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and demos on a fast-paced AI-infused agile cadence. Leverage AI tooling to draft requirements, generate stories, and author acceptance criteria. Coordinate with stakeholders and transformation advisors to meet call reduction, AHT, and deflection targets.
- Own the AI use-case backlog for the pod, starting with the servicing agent-assist scale-out and prioritizing additional items from the backlog of AI pilots.
- Partner with internal Product Owner and PSL leadership team to define call reduction, AHT (average handle time), and deflection targets — cited the early benchmark of "90 seconds to 14 seconds" agent lookup time and signaled this is where ROI must be proven.
- Translate business intent into Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps (ADO), the SOW-mandated system of record, with explicit Acceptance Criteria.
- Run sprint planning, refinement, sprint reviews, and demos in line with Photon's AI-infused agile cadence (1–2 week sprints, working toward 2-day sprints as the team matures).
- Operate as a "Vibe PO" — leveraging AI tooling for requirements drafting, story generation, and acceptance criteria authoring.
- Coordinate with the transformation advisor on ways-of-working alignment.
