Responsibilities

  • Capture user needs and user stories to define product requirements and develop the product strategy.

  • Schedule and lead meetings with software engineers and technical staff to identify issues, develop fixes, and advance project cycles.

  • Manage daily product schedules, objectives, and product backlog, while setting priorities according to customer expectations.

  • Work with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to develop and customize discrete software development projects.

  • Analyze requirements from internal and external clients and transform these into workable units in coordination with their team.

  • Provide leadership with updates on project timelines, contingencies and possible barriers to success.

  • Assimilate, synthesize, discuss, and present complex or sensitive information for discussion with more senior levels of management.

  • Maintain knowledge on emerging trends and push for appropriate decisions in a variety of technology applications.

  • Design and execute plans and policies to guide their team's execution.

  • Grow and develop talent within Software Development.

  • Set roles and responsibilities in collaborative relationships.

  • Support and initiate organizational changes.

  • Challenge the status quo toward end goals.

  • Consistently meet expectations, acknowledging gaps in knowledge in both themselves and their team.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in software development with a history of successful project execution

  • Articulate and express abstract thoughts and ideas using oral, written communication.

  • Strategic thinking to achieve goals despite obstacles or frustrations.

  • Knowledge of current and upcoming technologies.

  • Technical Project management.

U.S - The base salary range for this position in is $100K-$135,900K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
